At Ciceroni, we strive to ensure your designer pieces fit perfectly and meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Ciceroni account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Approval

  Our curation team will review your request to ensure the items are eligible for return, confirming they are in original, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address; please ensure the package is securely sealed with all original invoices.

• 4.
  Refund or Store Credit

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
